Getting started is very simple! Bringing CBCT to your practice has never been easier or more affordable!

1.  Review the Clear 3D Imaging Client Services Agreement

3.  Request a scan via our website. Your first scan is FREE! We will respond to your

     online request within 24 hours via phone or email.

4.  Our Digital Imaging Specialist will arrive at your office 30 minutes prior to your

     scheduled appointment.

5.  Patient Consent Form should be signed prior to the scheduled appointment 

      time and given to the technician upon arrival.

6.  Patient scan is completed at your office. Please allow 30 minutes,  

     depending on service requested, for your scan to be completed.

7.   Completed scan is given to you on a disk with viewing software or you may  

      import the DICOM file to your preferred viewing software.
